Stock Availability On the rare occasion that the item ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative, should this be necessary, we would contact you first.
Order Cancellation Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours, if the order has been processed and left our warehouse, you will be charged carriage.
Faulty Goods Any goods received in a damaged condition, must be reported immediately, by email, then returned to us in the original packaging, upon receipt of the return, we will send you a replacement. All orders are checked and double checked, before leaving our warehouse and the greatest care is taken to prevent items becoming damaged in transit. For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept the return of wigs.
Returns Policy We can only accept goods returned back in original condition, as shipped to you, no returned item should have been used and be in suitable condition for resale, in original package with undamaged headers. We cannot accept items that have been opened from sealed packaging. Costumes are usually supplied in re-sealable packages, to enable you to try for size. All items returned are checked upon receipt before a refund or credit note is issued.
Complaints Policy Should you have cause for complaint, we would like to hear about it, all complaints will be dealt with fairly and in the stricktest confidence. We will endeavour to deal with complaints within 1-2 working days and in most cases rectify any problem.
